Communication – What?

Sometimes it is a challenge just knowing where to start…and communication can get stalled in the quickest ways.   Petting a dog is communication.  If we reach for a dog and quickly pull back, we startle ourselves and the dog.  Then we have to begin again by calming ourselves and the dog.  It’s the same with people, we can always begin again and calm each other so we can speak and listen; hear and be heard.

Transform Resistance to Resilience

Feeling Unworthy?

Have you bought into the pattern that runs telling you “that you are unworthy”?  Other people are more connected that you are?   Life is easy for them and it all seems unfair?  It is simply not true.   How do I know that?  Because we are all equally connected in life – some just aren’t able to pay as much attention day to day living and seem to have more distractions in their life.   If you have lots of distractions, it is a good indicator that you have subconscious patterns running that are sabotaging your life.  Read the rest of this entry »

Pro-Active Health

TRUST WHAT YOU KNOW

How often do we look outside ourselves for answers? More than we want to admit. Looking outside yourself gives you a perspective which may or may not be helpful. It’s simply how someone else sees things going on in our lives. We are the final authority in our choices. The buck stops here.
