We’ve all met people that put out the bait to fight, blast, complain, criticize, or gossip. Why do I always feel ‘hooked’ by them? Other people can walk away and yet I seem to be in the middle of it all without even realizing I engaged them.
Consider the idea that you may be resisting your available awareness and staying stuck in the same old thoughts, using the same old solutions, and only making a fraction of your consciousness available in any given moment. We stay stuck because it seems easier (kind of like skiing the same five runs over and over) and we know it – we believe we can cruise through life.
If we don’t increase our intelligence, creativity and awareness every day, we will slow down our human evolutionary process. Yes this involves risk and seeking out new opportunities. As we evolve and grow in our awareness, we see the hook in the bait and can opt to choose again.
We have to be ready to move forward, pay attention and trust the process. We have to love ourselves more than the need for dysfunctional relationships, jobs, or living situations. When we choose for us, we choose for everyone else at the same time. By putting our needs out there front and center, we are ready to move forward, pay attention, feel supported and let go of the limiting self-image that keeps us taking the bait. Once we have observed ourselves making a choice to notice the hook, breathe deeply and move on; it is just a few repetitions of this behavior until we see remarkable changes in our life, our choice of friends and our ability to love. Use Energy Healing to clear your self-limiting beliefs and get to know the new you. Acknowledge and recognize the evolution you have attained and get excited for what is ahead for you.
