Notice that they must continue to evolve in order to be relevant.

If we tweak our patterns to work in the current moment we create more dimensions and the availability of a myriad of tools instead of the same 10 that have been in our toolbox since we were born.  Having a current set of flexible tools to use for our self-care and communication skills keeps us in the moment and helps us gain self-confidence that what we are saying is truly what we meant to say, or do, or think, or create.”
